본 발명에 따르면, 카메라(14)를 전후 좌우상하로 이동시키면서 모니터(12)를 조정하여 운전자의 시야각을 최대로 넓혀 줄 수 있으므로, 종래의 백미러에 비하여 자동차의 좌우측 사이드 및 후방을 향하여 광범위한 시야각으로 자동차 외부의 주변 관찰이 가능하므로 자동차의 안전성이 현저히 향상되는 효과가 있다.
