जिन करों पर राज्य का अन्य अधिकार है , उनमें ये मदें शामिल हैं यथा भू - राजस्व , राज्य सूची में शामिल मदों पर स्टांप शुल्क , अंतर्देशीय जलमार्गों से ढोए जाने वाले यात्रियों एवं माल पर कर , भूमि एवं भवन , खनिज अधिकार , पशु एवं नौकाएं , सडक पर चलने वाले वाहन , विज्ञापन , बिजली की खपत , विलास सामग्री मनोरंजन आदि , स्थानीय क्षेत्र में माल के प्रवेश पर कर , राज्य चुंगी कर , राज्य - सूची के मामलों से संबंधित शुल्क और 2500 रुपये प्रति वर्ष से अनधिक व्यवसाय , व्यापार आदि पर कर ( अनुच्छेद 276 तथा सातवीं अनुसूची की सूची 2 , प्रविष्टि 60 ) .
