본 발명은 연질의 밀페막이 압력용기 내면에서 밀착 또는 박리되면서 마치 실린더 내의 피스톤처럼 가변 형태로 용기 내부를 왕복 운동하는 현상을 이용한 액추에이터에 관한 것으로서, 실린더 역할을 하는 압력용기와 연질 밀폐막과 피스톤로드로 구성된 가변형 피스톤을 기본으로 구성되며 밀폐막과 압력용기가 이루는 제1압력공간(A)은 외부의 제n압력공간(N)과 서로 다른 압력으로 설정되어 압력유체가 가해졌을 때 압력용기 내면에 박리된 상태에서 밀폐막이 밀착되면서 그 자체로 또는 밀폐막과 연결된 피스톤로드로 외부에 구동력을 전달할 수 있다.
