1. This is similar to the principle recognized, for example, in the Outer Space Treaty, that Outer Space "shall be the province of all mankind”.

2. The Sides reaffirm their commitment to prevent the deployment of weapons in outer space and to maintain outer space exclusively for peaceful use and cooperation for the sake of all mankind.

दोनों पक्ष बाह्य अंतरिक्ष में हथियारों की तैनाती पर रोक लगाए जाने तथा बाह्य अंतरिक्ष का उपयोग केवल शांतिपूर्ण उद्देश्यों और मानव जाति के हित कल्याण हेतु सहयोग के लिए किए जाने की अपनी वचनबद्धता की पुष्टि करते हैं।

3. (a) & (b) Government has been participating in all the relevant international forums for promoting peaceful uses of outer space besides being closely engaged with the multilateral effort towards keeping outer space free of weapons.

अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान, बाहरी अंतरिक्ष की खोज, अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग, बाहरी अंतरिक्ष से पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण की निगरानी और रिमोट सेंसिंग, आपसी लाभ के लिए एकीकृत बियाक ग्राउंड स्टेशनों का उपयोग, इंडोनेशिया में भारतीय ग्राउंड स्टेशन की मेजबानी, लापान के उपग्रहों की लॉन्च सेवाओं के लिए समर्थन ; अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी आदि में संयुक्त अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियां।

19. This will also mean that we work together to safeguard our commons for the benefit of all – our oceans, outer space and the cyber space.

इसका अर्थ यह भी है कि हमें अपने समुद्रों बाहरी अंतरिक्ष और साइबर स्पेस को सुरक्षित रखने और सभी को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए मिलकर कार्य करना चाहिए।

भारत सभी के लिए अंतरिक्ष तक पहुंच का संरक्षण एवं परिरक्षण करने तथा बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के शस्त्रीकरण को निरपवाद रूप से रोकने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानूनी संस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने का समर्थन करता है।

22. They support the complete prohibition and thorough destruction of all nuclear weapons and reaffirm their opposition to the weaponization of and an arms race in outer space.

उन्होंने सम्पूर्ण प्रतिषेध तथा सभी परमाणु हथियारों को नष्ट करने का समर्थन किया तथा बाहरी अन्तरिक्ष (आऊटर स्पेस) में शस्त्रीकरण हाथियारों की दौड़ के विरोध की अपनी पुन: पुष्टि की । 22.

23. Discussions on a draft International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities should be inclusive, both in process and substance, to ensure a product of universal acceptance.

बाह्य अंतरिक्ष की गतिविधियों के लिए एक प्रारूप अंतरराष्ट्रीय आचार संहिता पर चर्चा में प्रक्रिया और सारतत्व दोनों का समावेश होना चाहिए ताकि सार्वभौमिक रूप से स्वीकार्य बात सामने आए।

24. 5 The context does not suggest that “the third heaven” refers to the atmosphere around our globe, nor to outer space or to any parallel universes, as postulated by astrophysicists.

31. Promoting cooperation between Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and National Institute of Aeronautics and Space of the Republic of Indonesia (LAPAN) in monitoring earth’s environment from outer space and remote sensing of the earth.

भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) और नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एयरोनॉटिक्स और इंडोनेशिया गणराज्य के अंतरिक्ष (एलएपीएएन) के बीच बाहरी अंतरिक्ष और पृथ्वी की रिमोट सेंसिंग के द्वारा पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण की निगरानी में सहयोग को बढ़ावा देना।

32. While the focus on aerospace power is natural in today’s circumstances, it is in our common interest to preserve outer space as a sanctuary from weapons and guard it as the common, peaceful heritage of mankind.

यद्यपि आज की परिस्थितियों में एअरोस्पेस पावर पर ध्यान देना स्वाभाविक है, बाह्य अंतरिक्ष को हथियारों से सुरक्षित रखने तथा साझा, शांतिपूर्ण मानवीय विरासत के तौर पर इसकी सुरक्षा, हमारे सामान्य हित में है ।

33. It is also important that all the major space-faring nations are involved in any multilateral endeavour related to prevention of arms race in outer space in order to enhance the possibility of universal acceptance of its outcome.

यह भी महत्वपूर्ण है कि सभी प्रमुख स्पेस फेयरिंग राष्ट्र बाह्य अंतरिक्ष में हथियारों की दौड़ को रोकने से संबंधित किसी बहुपक्षीय प्रयास में शामिल हों, ताकि इसके परिणाम की सार्वभौमिक स्वीकृति की संभावना में वृद्धि हो सके।

34. The synthesis of the elementary building blocks of nucleic acids and proteins ( purines , pyrimidines , sugar , and amino acids ) can readily be demonstrated in aqueous solutions of simple molecules like cyanides , formaldehyde and methane known to be abundant in outer space .

न्यूक्लिक अम्लों और प्रोटीनों ( प्यूरीन , पिरीमिडीन , शर्करा और अमीनो अम्ल ) की मूलभूत निर्माण इकाइयों के संश्लेषण को बाहरी अंतरिक्ष में काफी मात्रा में मौजूद सायनाइड , फार्मेल्डिहाइड और मीथेन जैसे सरल अणुओं के जलीय विलयन में सुगमता से दिखाया जा सकता है .

35. While we redouble our efforts to address challenges of WMD priferation, we must also be aware of other emerging security challenges, which may erode security of the ‘Global Commons’ that cover outer-space, cyber space and global transport and communication networks.

भारत वैश्विक एवं निष्पक्ष परमाणु निरस्त्रीकरण का अटल समर्थक रहा है क्योंकि हमारा मानना है कि हमारी राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और वैश्विक सुरक्षा तभी और संवर्धित होगी जब परमाणु हथियारों का पूर्णरूपेण उन्मूलन कर दिया जाए।

36. The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has been apprised of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on November 11, 2016 at Tokyo, Japan between the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) for cooperation in the field of outer space.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल को बाह्य अंतरिक्ष में सहयोग के लिए भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) और जापानी एयरोस्पेस एक्सप्लोरेशन एजेंसी (जेएएक्सए) के बीच 11 नवंबर 2016 को टोक्यो में हस्ताक्षरित एमओयू की जानकारी दी गई।
