एईबी राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संस्थान (आई एन पी ई) जो अर्थ प्रेक्षण डाटा ग्रहण, प्रोसेस करने, अभिलेखित करने तथा वितरित करने के विषय के लिए निष्पादन एजेंसी है, को सांकेतिक रूप से उद्धृत किए जाने पर इस कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था में उल्लिखित कार्रवाइयों को पूरा करने की जिम्मेदारी लेने तथा इसरो एवं इसकी निष्पादन एजेंसी (राष्ट्रीय दूर संवेदी केंद्र) के साथ मिलकर काम करने के लिए नामित करता है।
