72. (b) The "mPassport Police” App would help the Police Verifying Officer to capture the data for Police Verification Report (PVR) on real-time basis at applicant’s place of residence and would expedite the submission of PVR, making the entire Police Verification flow digital and accountable.

(ख) : "एम पासपोर्ट पुलिस” एप से पुलिस सत्यापन करने वाले अधिकारी को आवेदक के निवास स्थान पर रियल-टाइम आधार पर पुलिस सत्यापन रिपोर्ट के लिए आंकड़े प्राप्त करने में सहायता मिलेगी और इससे पुलिस सत्यापन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के कार्य में तेजी आएगी, जिससे पुलिस सत्यापन के सम्पूर्ण कार्य को डिजिटल तथा जवाबदेह बनाया जा सकेगा।

73. As a permanent officer who heads the Table of the House and is the continuing link between the changing composition of the different Houses and Speakers , the Secretary - General is the custodian of parliamentary conventions and traditions and the repository of the accumulated wisdom and experience of many earlier Houses , presiding officers and his own predecessors .

एक स्थायी अधिकारी के रूप में जो सभा पटल का प्रमुख अधिकारी होता है और परिवर्तनशील विभिन्न सदनों और अध्यक्षों के बीच निरंतर कडी का काम करता है , महासचिव संसदीय प्रथाओं एवं परंपराओं का रक्षक होता है और पहले सदनों , पीठासीन आधिकारियों और स्वयं अपने पूर्वाधिकारियों की संचित बुद्धिमत्ता एवं अनुभव का भंडार होता है .

74. Any person who is aggrieved by a finding or sentence of a Court Martial which has been confirmed , may further present a petition to the central government , the Chief of the Army Staff or any prescribed officer superior in command to the one who confirmed such finding or sentence and the latter , as the case may be , may pass such an order thereupon as it or he thinks fit .

कोई व्यक्ति जो सेना न्यायालय के निष्कर्ष या उसके द्वारा दिए गए ऐसे दंड से जिसकी पुष्टि हो चुकी है , व्यथित है केंद्र सरकार , थल सेनाध्यक्ष अथवा किसी ऐसे विहित अधिकारी को जो कमान में उस अधिकारी से वरिष्ठ हो जिसने इस प्रकार के निष्कर्ष अथवा दंड की पुष्टि की है , आगे और एक याचिका प्रस्तुत कर सकता है जिस पर याचिका ग्रहण करने वाला अधिकारी जो उचित समझे , आदेश दे सकता है .
