3). ऐसे मामले में जहां स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने वाली एक कम्पनी ने नीलामी के जरिए या उदार स्पैक्ट्रम से स्पैक्ट्रम प्राप्त किया है और दूसरी कम्पनी को प्रशासनिक रूप से स्पैक्ट्रम आवंटित हुआ है वहां प्रशासनिक रूप से आवंटित स्पैक्ट्रम के उदारीकरण के लिए स्पैक्ट्रम शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद ही स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।

79. (a) & (b) The quota for each country for Haj is fixed by the Government of Saudi Arabia on the basis of certain criteria and India has been allocated a quota of 1,47,000 pilgrims for Haj 2006 II.

विदेश मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (क) एवं (ख)प्रत्येक देश के लिए हज कोटे का निर्धारण सऊदी अरब सरकार द्वारा कतिपय मानदण्डों के आधार पर किया जाता है और भारत को हज 2006 II के लिए 1,47000 हज यात्रियों का कोटा आबंटित किया गया है ।
