Unter diesen Umständen erfordert das Interesse der Gemeinschaft die Einführung eines vorläufigen Antidumpingzolls auf Ammoniumnitrat-Harnstoff-Düngemittellösung mit Ursprung in den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, dessen Höhe in Anbetracht des Ausmasses der Schädigung der festgestellten Dumpingspanne entsprechen sollte.
