The aim of the tender is to provide the Euratom Safeguards Directorate with an analytical service for analysing swipe samples (up to 250 samples per year) to detect the presence of particles and determine the abundance of Pu-, U- and Th-isotopes, the presence of fission products or any other radio-isotopes correlated to nuclear activities.

Mit der Ausschreibung wird bezweckt, der Direktion Sicherheitsüberwachung Euratom einen Analysedienst für Proben (jährlich bis zu 250 Proben) zu verschaffen, um die Häufigkeit von Pu-, U- und Th-Isotopen, das Vorkommen von Spaltprodukten bzw. anderen Radioisotopen zu ermitteln, die mit Nukleartätigkeiten verbunden sind.
