1. ‘밀포오드 사운드’로 가는 길은 울타리없는 목장들을 통과하기도 하며 습지대와 너도밤나무 숲 사이를 이리저리 구불거리며 통과하기도 하는데 줄곳 그 길을 따라 눈녹은 물이 흘러가면서 반짝 거리는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 그 강은 이 나라에서 파리를 가지고 낚시질하기에 가장 좋은 곳의 하나로 손꼽힌다.
