32. The Minister and the Secretary welcomed the opportunity to further cement India-US cooperation in these existing areas and explore additional areas of mutual interest, including in the fields of clean energy and women in science, technology, and engineering.

33. (b) There are various bilateral institutional dialogue mechanisms between India and Myanmar which regularly discuss all matters of mutual interest in order to advance our bilateral relations, including in the fields of trade, culture and promotion of people to people contacts.

34. Kari Nygaard, Managing Director , NILU Through this MOU both institutes agree to develop collaborative activities in the academic areas of mutual interest taking the forms of research and development projects and collaboration on education and training programs through project funding.

35. o Both Leaders agreed that India and Turkey, being among the top20 economies in the world with sound economic fundamentalsand increasing convergence of positions, could contribute toaddressing international issues of mutual interest such as neweconomic order, stability and security of the respective regions.

The two leaders recognised that common interests of the two countries in the defence and security fields require steady and qualitative upgradation of cooperation between the two sides, including inter alia the expansion of the annual calendar of cooperation and exchanges relating to defence and security, Vice Minister/Defence Secretary level regular Defence Policy Dialogue, cooperation in sharing of experience in international peace cooperation activities under the aegis of the United Nations and counter-terrorism, information sharing in important areas of mutual interest, technical exchange, joint exercises and training and talks between the services.
