Giờ đây ở tuổi thất tuần, nhà tiên tri trung thành “đang nằm trên giường, thì thấy chiêm-bao, và những sự hiện-thấy trong đầu mình”.

5. (John 14:28) “The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing.”

“Con chẳng tự mình làm việc gì được; chỉ làm [điều] chi mà Con thấy Cha làm” (Giăng 5:19).

6. But whoever has this world’s means for supporting life and beholds his brother having need and yet shuts the door of his tender compassions upon him, in what way does the love of God remain in him?

Nếu ai có của-cải đời nầy, thấy anh em mình đương cùng-túng mà chặt dạ, thì lòng yêu-mến Đức Chúa Trời thể nào ở trong người ấy được!
