The present invention relates to a transdermal drug delivery system, which is a delivery system for transdermal absorption, having a multi-lamellar emulsion structure, comprising: lipids including long-chain amides, sterols, fatty acid and fatty alcohol; an emulsifier; oil; and at least one drug for transdermal administration.
