The disclosed enteric coating composition comprises an enteric cellulose-based compound, a pH controller, a food plasticizer and a solvent, wherein the food plasticizer comprises acetylated monoglyceride, triacetin or a mixture thereof, and the content of the pH controller and the content of the food plasticizer are respectively 10-40 parts by weight and 5-25 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the enteric cellulose-based compound.
