69. In addition, the government has also taken further measures to safeguard the interests of Indian female workers migrating to ECR countries in view of complaints of exploitation and harassment of domestic sector workers by unscrupulous agents and employers in the Gulf countries.

इसके अलावा सरकार ने खाड़ी देशों में फर्जी एजेंटों तथा नियोक्ताओं द्वारा घरेलू नौकरानियों पर अत्याचार करने तथा उन्हें परेशान किए जाने संबंधी शिकायतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए ईसीआर देशों में जाने वाली भारतीय महिला कामगारों की हितों की रक्षा करने के लिए कुछ और उपाय भी किए हैं।

70. Clause 6 of the Assam Accord envisaged that appropriate constitutional, legislative and administrative safeguards, shall be provided to protect, preserve and promote the cultural, social, linguistic identity and heritage of the Assamese people.

(ड़) खाड़ी के देशों में बेईमान एजेंटों और नियोक्ताओं द्वारा घरेलू नौकरानियों की शोषण और उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों के मद्देनजर सरकार ने उत्प्रवासन जाँच अपेक्षित देशों में जाने वाले भारतीय कामगारों, विशेषतः महिला कामगारों के हितों को सुरक्षित करने के लिए 2016 के दौरान अतिरिक्त उपाय किए हैं।

73. The MoC provides a framework to cooperate in facilitating flexibility in LNG contracts, abolition of Destination Restriction Clause and also explore possibilities of cooperation in establishing reliable LNG spot price indices reflecting true LNG demand and supply.

इस एमओसी से एलएनजी संविदाओं, गंतव्य प्रतिबंध खण्ड की समाप्ति में सहयोग की सुविधा के साथ-साथ विश्वसनीय एलएनजी स्पॉट मूल्य सूचकांक की स्थापना की संभावनाओं का पता चल सकेगा, जिसमें एलएनजी मांग और आपूर्ति की स्थिति परिलक्षित हो सकेगी।

74. In light of this standard, I can say that declared activities and material of Iran are staying in peaceful purposes, but as Iran is not implementing UN Security Council resolutions and the part of the Safeguard Agreement, we cannot give assurance that everything is for peaceful purposes.

इस मानक के आलोक में मैं यह कह सकता हूँ कि ईरान की घोषित गतिविधियां एवं सामग्री शांतिपूर्ण प्रयोजनों के लिए हैं, परंतु चूंकि ईरान संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के संकल्पों और सुरक्षापाय करार के भाग को लागू नहीं कर रहा है इसलिए हम यह आश्वासन नहीं दे सकते हैं कि हर चीज शांतिपूर्ण प्रयोजन के लिए है।

75. It was finally explicitly recognized in the 19th century that secrecy of a cipher's algorithm is not a sensible nor practical safeguard of message security; in fact, it was further realized that any adequate cryptographic scheme (including ciphers) should remain secure even if the adversary fully understands the cipher algorithm itself.

76. A Constitutional Amendment in 1977, adding a section on Fundamental Duties of citizens as part of the Directive Principles of State Policy, carries a clause stipulating promotion of harmony and spirit of brotherhood "transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities.”

77. Government, in close cooperation with various State governments which are users of the waters of Brahmaputra River, continues to carefully monitor the water flow in the River for early detection of abnormality so that corrective and preventive measures are taken to safeguard livelihood of peoples of these States of Union of India.

सरकार, ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी के जल के उपयोगकर्ता विभिन्न राज्य सरकारों के साथ घनिष्ठ सहयोग से, ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी में जल प्रवाह में अनियमितता का शीघ्र पता लगाने के लिए लगातार सावधानीपूर्वक निगरानी रखे हुए है ताकि भारत संघ के इन राज्यों के लोगों की आजीविका की रक्षा के लिए सुधारात्मक और निवारक उपाय किए जा सकें।

78. v) Air Services Agreement also has the provisions relating to Revocation or Suspension of Operating Authorization, Principles governing operations of agreed services, commercial opportunities, safety and security related clause etc. that have been incorporated in line of Indian Model ASA.

हवाई सेवा समझौते में विमान सेवाओं के संचालन की अनुमति, संचालन नियमों, व्यवासायिक संभावनाओं तथा सुरक्षा और संरक्षा से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं को निलंबित करने या खत्म करने की भी व्यवस्था है।

79. vii) Apart from the above, the new ASA also has the provisions relating to Revocation or Suspension of Operating Authorization, Principles governing operations of agreed services, Routing Flexibility, Commercial Opportunities, Aviation safety, Aviation security related clause etc. in the line of Indian model ASA.

• उपर्युक्त के अलावा, नए हवाई संपर्क करार के तहत निरसन या ऑपरेटिंग प्राधिकरण के निलंबन से संबंधित प्रावधान है, सेवाओं के संचालन सिद्धांतों, रूटिंग फ्लैक्सबिलिटी, वाणिज्यिक अवसरों, उड्डयन सुरक्षा, एएसए के भारतीय मॉडल में इसका प्रावधान है।

80. Under the Japan-India Energy Partnership Initiative signed in January 2016, the two sides had agreed to work together in promoting well-functioning energy markets and affirmed to promote a transparent and diversified Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) market through the relaxation of Destination Restriction Clause.

जनवरी 2016 में हस्ताक्षरित जापान-भारत ऊर्जा भागीदारी पहल के तहत दोनों पक्ष सुचारू रूप से कार्य करने वाले ऊर्जा बाजार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए साथ मिलकर काम करने के लिए संकल्प किया था और गंतव्य प्रतिबंध खण्ड में छूट को समाप्त करने तथा एक पारदर्शी एवं विविधिकृत, तरलीकृत प्राकृतिक गैस (एलएनजी), बाजार के संवर्द्धन की पुष्टि की थी।
