68. The Project will have non-fare box revenue from rental & advertisement as well asValue Capture Financing (VCF) through mechanism of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Transfer of Development Rights (TDK).

69. For all "Traffic in Transit "from/to Nepal and Bangladesh, an additional One Time Lock (OTL) will be affixed by Indian customs at the border Land Customs Station (LCS) of entry into India which will be checked at the LCS of exit in India.

74. The Agreement, which will remain valid for ten years, provides for continued free trade arrangements between India and Bhutan with simplified procedures, and additional facilities and routes for Bhutan's transit trade with third countries.

यह समझौता 3 वर्ष के लिए विधिमान्य रहेगा । इसमें उदार प्रक्रिया के साथ भारत और भूटान के बीच नियमित मुक्त व्यापार व्यवस्था तथा तीसरे देशों के साथ भूटान के पारगमन व्यापार के लिए अतिरिक्त सुविधाओं और रूटों का प्रावधान है ।
