1. If the classification is not reasonable and does not satisfy the two conditions referred to above , the impugned legislation or executive action would plainly be arbitrary and the guarantee of equality under article 14 would be breached .

यदि वर्गीकरण युक्तियुक्त नहीं है और ऊपर उल्लिखित दो शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करता तो प्रतिवादित विधान या कार्यपालक कार्रवाई स्पष्ट रूप से निरंकुश होगी और वह अनुच्छेद 14 के तहत समानता की गारंटी का उल्लंघन होगी .
