1. They have repeatedly conveyed to the US Government that the radio monitors on the 18 students were unacceptable and should be immediately removed; and, that the innocent students, who are themselves victims of fraud, should be given adequate time and opportunity to transfer to other universities, adjust their status or, if they desire, return to India honourably.
