1. The process established under the Bali Road Map should aim for enhanced implementation of the UNFCCC and give due weight to issues of concern to developing countries, in particular those relating to addressing adaptation, technology, and financing arrangements.

बाली रोड मैप के अंतर्गत स्थापित प्रक्रिया का लक्ष्य यूएनएफसीसीसी के क्रियान्वयन को बढ़ावा देना होना चाहिए तथा विकासशील देशों की चिंता से जुड़े मसलों को उचित अधिमानता देना चाहिए, विशेष रूप से उन मसलों को जो अनुकूलन, प्रौद्योगिकी और निधियन व्यवस्था से संबंधित हैं।
