1. Ambedkar said , rigidity and legalism were the two serious weaknesses of federalism .

Through its commitment to a cooperative federalism, promotion of citizen engagement, egalitarian access to opportunity, participative and adaptive governance and increasing use of technology, the NITI Aayog will seek to provide a critical directional and strategic input into the governance process.

सहकारी संघवाद के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता, नागरिकों की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देने, अवसरों तक समतावादी पहुंच, प्रतिभागी एवं अनुकूलनीय शासन और विकसित हो रही प्रौद्योगिकी के बढ़ते प्रयोग के जरिए नीति आयोग शासन प्रक्रिया को महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश और कार्यनीतिक योगदान देगा।

Addressing a large public meeting at Burnpur after dedicating to the Nation the 2.5 MT modernized and expanded IISCO steel plant at Burnpur, the Prime Minister mentioned various instances of cooperative federalism of recent months, including the setting up of the NITI Aayog, and the devolution of additional revenues to the States through acceptance of the recommendations of the 14th Finance Commission.

बर्नपुर में 2.5 मीट्रिक टन के आईआईएससीओ (इस्को) इस्पात संयंत्र को राष्ट्र को समर्पित करने के बाद, एक व्यापक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने एनआईटीआई आयोग की स्थापना और 14वें वित्त आयोग की सिफारिशों की स्वीकृति के माध्यम से राज्यों को अतिरिक्त राजस्व के हस्तांरण सहित हाल के महीनों में सहयोगी संघवाद के विभिन्न उदाहरणों का उल्लेख किया।
