76. The weakest link in the value chain is distribution, wherein DISCOMs in the country have accumulated losses of approximately Rs. 3.8 lakh crore and outstanding debt of approximately Rs. 4.3 lakh crore (as on March, 2015).

मूल्य श्रृंखला में सबसे कमजोर कड़ी वितरण की रही है जहां देश भर की बिजली वितरण कंपनियों (डिस्कॉमों) ने लगभग 3.8 लाख करोड़ रूपये का संचित नुकसान दर्ज कराया है और इस पर लगभग 4.3 लाख करोड़ रूपये का कर्ज (मार्च 2015 तक) बकाया है।

77. The contribution is calculated on the basis of scale of assessments, which takes into account the country's share of the global Gross National Income with discounts given for low per-capita income and the country's external debt.

इस सहयोग को मूल्यांकनों के पैमाने के आधार पर आकलित किया जाता है, जिसमें निम्न प्रति व्यक्ति आय और देश के बाह्य ऋण के लिए दी गई छूट सहित वैश्विक सकल राष्ट्रीय आय में देश की हिस्सेदारी को ध्यान में रखा जाता है।
