1. (a) & (b) The Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) between India and Switzerland is based on the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (MAC) and the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA).

(क) और (ख) भारत और स्विट्जरलैंड के बीच सूचना का स्वचलित आदान-प्रदान (एईओआई) कर मामलों में परस्पर प्रशासनिक सहायता (एमएसी) संबंधी अभिसमय और वित्तीय लेखा सूचना के स्वचलित आदान-प्रदान (एमसीएए) संबंधी बहुपक्षीय सक्षम प्राधिकारी करार पर आधारित है।
