1. In her address to the meeting MOS Smt. Preneet Kaur highlighted the dangers of extremism and terrorism which were the antithesis of all religions; MOS also drew attention to India's tradition of give and take between faiths and cultures, and the interfaith conversation over millennia of its history, which had enriched and strengthened India.

बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए विदेश राज्य मंत्री श्रीमती प्रणीत कौर ने अतिवाद और आतंकवाद के खतरों का उल्लेख किया जो सभी धर्मों के विपरीत है; विदेश राज्य मंत्री ने मतों और संस्कृतियों के बीच आदान-प्रदान की भारत की परंपरा तथा सहस्राब्दियों के अपने इतिहास में अंतर-मत संवाद की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जो भारत में समृद्ध और मजबूत हुआ है ।
