Le dispositif selon la présente invention consiste en un oculaire (1) relié à une fibre optique (2) pourvue d'une gaine (4) pour déplacer l'extrémité de visualisation (3), qui peut être appliquée au moyen d'un élément de liaison (8) entre la poignée (M) et la lame (LA) du laryngoscope, de sorte que ladite fibre optique (2), coulissant le long de la lame entre deux guides (11) ou similaire, arrive au larynx pour permettre une visualisation indirecte dudit larynx et de l'aditus laryngé, même lorsque cela semble impossible par vision directe.
