Depending on the circumstances of each case, the offence committed may be termed abduction and trafficking in children, abandonment of an infant, organizing prostitution, coercion into prostitution, enticing a girl under the age of 14 to engage in prostitution, engaging the services of a child prostitute, production, duplication, publication, sale and dissemination of pornographic material for profit, or dissemination of pornographic material.

Selon les circonstances propres à chaque cas, l’infraction peut être qualifiée d’enlèvement et de traite d’enfant, d’abandon d’enfant, d’organisation de la prostitution, de contrainte à la prostitution, d’incitation à la prostitution de filles mineures de 14 ans, de recours aux services d’un enfant prostitué, de production, de reproduction, de publication, de vente et de diffusion de documents pornographiques à des fins de lucre ou de diffusion de documents pornographiques.
