2. (John 15:19) Whereas the United Nations is united in name only, the joyful nation draws peace-loving adherents “out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues.”

(Jean 15:19.) Les humains qui la composent sont issus “de toutes nations et tribus et peuples et langues”; l’ONU, quant à elle, n’a pas réussi à unir ses membres (Révélation 7:4, 9).

3. The attempt by Israel to explain it away as a mistake is not only insulting to the grieving people of Palestine but also abhorrent to my delegation and to all peace-loving people of the world.

La tentative d’Israël d’expliquer cet acte par une erreur est non seulement une injure au peuple endeuillé de Palestine mais également un acte odieux aux yeux de ma délégation et de tous les peuples du monde épris de paix.
