1. MILAZZO is deeply rooted into prehistoric times and was slowly built up along a sinuous and variegated dorsal that stretches out into the Tyrrhenian Sea for 7 km after the earth movements that formed the bold outline of its promontory on the directrix of the Aeolian Islands. Thanks to the splendid climate, the superb, restful panorama of the Archipelago, standing out on the horizon in a myriad of light and colour, can nearly always be seen from here.

Milazzo ist vorgeschichtlichen Ursprungs und langsam infolge von Erdbewegungen, die das kuhne Profil ihres Vorgebirges in Richtung der Aolischen Inseln ins Leben riefen, entstanden: ein langer, gewundener, farbiger Rucken, der sich 7 km lang ins Tyrrehenische Meer hinausschlangelt.
