The Facility adopted the amendment to IAS # Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement for financial guarantee contracts (issued in August #), which requires for financial guarantee contracts that are not considered to be insurance contracts to be recognized initially at fair value and to be remeasured at the higher of the amount determined in accordance with IAS # Provision, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets and the amount initially recognized less, when appropriate, cumulative amortization recognized in accordance with IAS # Revenue

Die Fazilität hat die Änderung von IAS # Finanzinstrumente: Ansatz und Bewertung für Finanzgarantien (August #) übernommen; danach sind Finanzgarantien, die nicht als Versicherungsverträge eingestuft werden, zunächst zum Zeitwert auszuweisen und nach dem gemäß IAS # Rückstellungen, Eventualschulden und Eventualforderungen ermittelten Betrag oder dem ursprünglich ausgewiesenen Betrag, gegebenenfalls abzüglich der gemäß IAS # Erträge ausgewiesenen kumulativen Abschreibung, neubewertet, je nachdem, welcher Betrag höher ist
