Schlussfolgerung: Diese neue Technik könnte als adjuvante Therapie bei prolongierter Balloninsufflation, Stentimplantation, Embolisation mittels kleiner “Coils” oder eines Gelschaumes in der Behandlung einer schweren und hämodynamisch gefährlichen Perforation diskutiert werden.
