1. The laboratory equipment in question is a hydraulic press (valued at EUR 260000) purchased for the installation of the laboratory for minor actinides in the Institute for transuranian elements.

Die fragliche Laborausrüstung ist eine hydraulische Presse (Wert 260000 EUR), die im Rahmen der beim Institut für Transurane anstehenden Errichtung des Labors für niedrige Aktinide angeschafft wurde.

2. Different extraction media [a) water; b) acetic acid (10%); c) acetic acid (50%); d) water/ ethanol (90+10); e) aqueous ascorbic acid solution (1%)] were evaluated for the production of an extract from fresh dill herb (Anethum graveolens, L.). Solution b was shown to be suitable for freeze concentration carried out on a pilot plant scale using a crystallisation tube, a pump and a hydraulic press.

Bei der Prüfung verschiedener Extraktionslösungen [a) Wasser, b) Essigsäure (10%); c) Essigsäure (50%); d) Wasser/Äthanol (90+10), e) wäßrige Ascorbinsäurelösung (1 %)]zur Herstellung eines Auszuges aus frischem Dillkraut (Anethum graveolens, L.) erwies sich Lösung b als geeignet zur Gefrierkonzentrierung, die mit einer Versuchsanlage bestehend aus Kühlkristallisator, Pumpe und hydraulischer Presse durchgeführt wurde.
