13. Wenn auch andere Lärmquellen als Geräte und Maschinen einen großen Anteil aus dem Lärmpegel in Wohnbereichen haben (namentlich Verkehrslärm und Fluglärm), so ist doch das konkrete Schutzbedürfnis gegenüber den von der Richtlinie erfaßten Quellen nachweisbar groß.

Even though noise from sources other than equipment plays a major part in determining noise levels in areas where people live (particularly traffic and aircraft noise), the need for concrete protection against noise emanating from the sources mentioned in the directive is clearly overwhelming.

14. Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu voll gestellt mit Tischen und Stühlen, so dass man teilweise nur vom Tisch aufstehen und zum Büffet gehen konnte, wenn der Tischnachbar zur Seite gerückt ist. Der Lärmpegel war für einen Frühstücksraum auch sehr hoch.
