Der Begriff der Pensionshaltung im Sinne von Artikel 1 Absatz 3 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung Nr. 2700/93 mit Durchführungsbestimmungen zur Gewährung der Prämie an die Erzeuger von Schaf- und Ziegenfleisch, der für die Kennzeichnung der in anderen Betrieben gehaltenen Tiere sorgen soll, damit sie nicht mit anderen Tieren vermischt werden, ist dahin auszulegen, dass er auch auf die Fälle Anwendung findet, in denen die Tiere aufgrund der gemeinsamen Aufzucht von Herden verschiedener Eigentümer mit anderen Tieren vermischt werden.

The concept of ‘placing in agistment’ for the purposes of the second subparagraph of Article 1(3) of Regulation No 2700/93 on detailed rules for the application of the premium in favour of sheepmeat and goatmeat producers, the purpose of which is to ensure that the animals moved have been identified before they are kept together with other animals, must be interpreted as applying to cases in which animals are kept together with others on the basis of the farming in common of flocks and herds belonging to different owners.
