To achieve the abovementioned objective, the tensile clip of the present invention for securing rails of a railway comprises: a head-arch, the leading end of which is inserted into a clip shoulder of a tie or a base plate; a first front-arch extending integrally from the head-arch and rounded toward an upper side portion thereof; and a first toe extending integrally from the first front-arch and having an undersurface thereof contacting the top surface of a flange of a rail, wherein a second front-arch extends integrally from the leading end of the first toe and is rounded toward an upper side portion thereof, and a second toe extends integrally from the leading end of the second front-arch and has a top surface at the leading end thereof contacting the undersurface of the head-arch.

또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 철도 레일 고정용 탄성클립은 선단이 침목 또는 베이스플레이트의 클립숄더에 삽입되는 헤드아치와; 상기 헤드아치의 일단으로부터 일체로 연장되면서 측상부로 라운드를 이루는 제1프런트아치와; 상기 제1프런트아치로부터 일체로 연장되면서 그 저면이 레일의 플랜지 상면과 접하는 제1토우로 구성되며, 상기 제1토우 선단에는 제1토우로부터 일체로 연장되면서 측상부로 라운드를 이루는 제2프런트아치로 구성되며, 상기 제2프런트아치 선단에는 제2프런트아치로부터 일체로 연장되면서 선단의 상면이 헤드아치의 저면과 접하는 제2토우로 구성되며, 상기 헤드아치의 타단으로부터 일정길이가 일체로 연장되면서 직선부를 이루는 헤드아치 선단 연장부로 구성되며, 상기 헤드아치 선단 연장부의 선단에는 헤드아치 선단 연장부로부터 일체로 연장됨과 동시에 클립숄더의 외측으로 돌출되면서, 선단의 상면이 측상부로 라운드를 이루는 제3토우로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
