1. The purpose of the MoU is to make addition to the existing Air-Service Agreement for cooperative marketing arrangements.

इस समझौता ज्ञापन का उद्देश्य सहकारी विपणन व्यवस्था के लिए मौजूदा वायुसेवा समझौते कोबढ़ाना है।

2. (vi) Compulsory Attestation of Service Agreement of all household workers which includes mandatory insurance cover and provision of mobile phone by the employer;

(vi) सभी घरेलू कामगारों के सेवा करार का अनिवार्य सत्यापन जिसमें नियोक्ता द्वारा अनिवार्य बीमा किया जाना तथा मोबाईल फोन की व्यवस्था करना शामिल है;

3. (a) whether it is a fact that the certain clauses relating to terms of payment schedule of Master of Service Agreement (MSA) for running the passport seva kendras were inconsistent and if so, the details thereof;

(क) क्या यह सच है कि पासपोर्ट सेवा केन्द्र चलाने के लिए मास्टर ऑफ सर्विस एग्रीमेंट (एमएसए) के भुगतान शिडयूल की शर्तों से संबंधित कतिपय खंड असंगत थे और यदि हां, तो तत्संबंधी ब्यौरा क्या हैं;

4. During the visit, 12 Agreements and MoUs were signed, including on the US$ 500 million Line of Credit; Air Service Agreement; setting up of an Advanced Centre for Agricultural Research and Education (ACARE); Rice Bio Park; an Information Technology Institute; border area development; Cultural Exchange Programme; and academic exchanges between Universities and Think Tanks.

इस यात्रा के दौरान 12 करारों एवं समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए जिनमें 500 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर के ऋण पत्र, हवाई सेवा करार, उच्च कृषि अनुसंधान एवं शिक्षा केन्द्र की स्थापना, चावल जैव पार्क, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, सीमा क्षेत्र विकास, सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रम तथा विश्वविद्यालयों एवं विचार मंचों के बीच शैक्षिक आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा देने से संबन्धित कार्यक्रम शामिल थे।
