Die Erfindung betrifft eine Titanlegierung, insbesondere zur Verwendung für biokompatible Implantate, die unter Ausschluss von Aluminium (AI), Vanadium (V), Kobald (Co), Chrom (Cr), Nickel (Ni) und Zinn (Sn) als Legierungselemente, neben unvermeidbaren Spurenmengen an Verunreinigungen, die in den Legierungsbestandteilen enthalten sind oder während der Herstellung aufgenommen wurden, mindestens folgende Legierungsbestandteile in Gew.% aufweist: a) 0,2 bis 1,5 % Sauerstoff (0), b) 0, 1 bis 1,5 % Eisen (Fe), c) 0,01 bis 2 % Kohlenstoff (C), d) Rest Titan (Ti).

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von von Polyurethan-Weichschaumstoffen, insbesondere von Polyurethan-Formweichschaumstoffen, durch Umsetzung von a) Polyisocyanaten mit b) Verbindungen mit mindestens zwei mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Wasserstoffatomen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungen mit mindestens zwei mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Wasserstoffatomen b) mindestens ein mittels DMC-Katalysator hergestellter Polyetheralkohol bi) mit einer Hydroxylzahl im Bereich von 15 bis 35 mgKOH/g, einem Gehalt an Ethylenoxid im Bereich von 5 bis 18 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Polyetheralkohols, und einem Endblock aus Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid mit einem Gehalt an Ethylenoxid von 25 bis 75 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Menge des Alkylenoxids im Endblock, eingesetzt wird.
